Stars and Stripes Work Out

Do this work out today! And tomorrow you’ll look like this…!


Today’s work out is going to be short because I have Pre- 4th of July Festivities to attend to! This is one I made up. Same concept as the other 2 work outs though.

2 rounds, 6 moves. 50 seconds work, 10 seconds break.

  1. 5 High Knees, Half Burpee
  2. Jump Lunges
  3. 4 Jumping Jack, 4 floor touch downs (right arm touch left foot)
  4. Star* Abs
  5. 4 Tuck Jumps, 4 tricep push ups
  6. 1 Leg Touch Downs and Jump (I’ll do 30 seconds each leg)

Run for 20 minutes first- sprint intervals- 45 second sprint, 30 second jog.
